Run the Lab Color Boost on a flattened image (that means your image should only have one layer whose name is Background).  When you finish running the image, the Color Boost will be on the Color Layer.  You can modify it’s opacity if it’s too bright.

You won’t need to change the Luminosity or Composite layers.  A layer mask is included – this action won’t look great on skin, so you will probably need to mask out any people who appear in the picture.  Flatten your image when edits are complete.
